About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO and leadership team. This role is pivotal in amplifying the impact of leadership by ensuring that priorities are well-defined, initiatives are executed with discipline, and the organization is aligned with the company's mission. The successful candidate will operate at a company-wide scale, leading strategic planning and execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities include serving as a connector between teams, preparing board and investor materials, and owning special projects that require a high level of impact and do not have a natural owner. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have a total of 5-6 years' of experience, with 3-4 years' in management consulting or similar roles, and a background in startup environments. The role requires a proven ability to work with C-level executives, strong analytical and communication skills, and a structured problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, a focus on execution and outcomes, and the ability to influence without direct authority. High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment are also essential traits for this position.
