Registered Nurse Job Details

• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Locum Tenens
• Location: North Indianapolis, IN (Fishers, Atlanta, Carmel, Cicero, Ingalls, Noblesville, Carmel)
• Healthcare Setting: Home Health
• Start Date: August 25, 2025
• End Date: November 23, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,850 - $1,890 per week
• On Call: No
• Territory: North Indianapolis and nearby Indiana communities
  
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (within the last 3 years)
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Indiana home visits
  
  

RN Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout North Indianapolis and surrounding Indiana areas
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance
