Experienced Office Administrator/Operations Specialist sought for Downtown DC Firm in the Farragut West/North area. This position is in the office five days per week. It is not hybrid.
Must have experience with:
Financial Management & Accounting - to include AP/AR; client invoicing, billing and collections, prepare, reconcile and maintain financial records, support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, monitor and manage office expenses, vendor contracts and cost saving initiatives.
Payroll & HR Administration - administer bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance, track time and attendance, maintain employee files/HR documentation, support recruitment processes and be poc for all things payroll, PTO and HR policy.
Reporting & Data Management - Prepare and distribute regular reports, manage data integrity, track and analyze KPI's.
Office Operations & Administration - oversee general office operations, including vendor management, office supply procurement, and equipment maintenance, implement and enforce office policies, coordinate internal and external communications and maintain office technology
