This role focuses on project management of our trade shows and events, working within a team that currently includes two Senior Events Marketing Managers. This position requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and field marketing to ensure successful trade shows and events. How You\'ll Spend Your Time Here Oversee planning, production, and execution of trade shows and events. Drive weekly core team meetings, including workback plans and budgets. Foster a fun, creative, positive energy to build relationships that drive the business forward. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality events. Expand and manage customer meeting programs at Tier 1 events. Provide on-site support as needed. Manage vendor relationships. Handle purchase orders, payments, and expense tracking. We\'d Love To Talk To You If You Have Many Of The Following Ability to budget effectively and manage costs before, during, and after events. Proven success in executing multiple events using internal and external resources. Ability to travel, including weekends in some cases. Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving business. Excellent project management skills and creative thinking. 5-7+ years on a trade show or events team. Strong cross-group collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Effective written and verbal communication. Experience using Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and meeting management software. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Actual salary depends on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, location, and salary expectations. The role may be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
