Summary: The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports PALECEK’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This luxury-quality graphic design will showcase our handcrafted furniture, lighting, and accessories in a way that reflects the refined aesthetic and craftsmanship at the heart of the PALECEK brand. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team, external creatives, and internal departments to develop digital and print assets and ensure graphic designs are consistent, on-brand, and aligned with our strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires both artistic vision and technical skill to bring the PALECEK story to life across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities Develop visually compelling graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, print publications, trade show materials, and internal communications
Create technical and non-technical visual presentations by hand and through design software, designing art and copy layouts for internal and external publication
Collaborate with the Marketing Director, creative team, and external vendors to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and execution of marketing strategies
Illustrate design concepts by creating rough layouts that determine arrangement, size, typeface, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic elements in line with brand standards
Prepare final artwork and layouts for print and digital production, ensuring quality control, accuracy, and alignment with project goals
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools (such as HTML) to create and manipulate content effectively
Design and create PowerPoint on-brand templates and presentations
Proven experience in designing and preparing production-ready files for large-scale catalogs exceeding 500 pages, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and print optimization
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets while continuously seeking ways to evolve and elevate the visual identity of the PALECEK brand
Monitor and adapt to emerging trends in graphic design, photography, digital publishing, and brand storytelling to drive fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking creative solutions
Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and explore their potential to streamline design workflows and boost creative efficiency
Key Qualifications Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, and/or a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the lifestyle, home furnishings, luxury brands, and/or marketing industries
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva is a plus
Demonstrated experience in creating content for branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
Highly organized with excellent time management and file management practices
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements Work is performed in a professional office setting with a collaborative, creative team atmosphere
The environment typically includes moderate ambient noise from office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and occasional foot traffic
This role requires extended periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer or digital design equipment
Must be able to regularly stand, sit, walk, speak clearly, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computers, cameras, and related tools
Requires close visual acuity for detailed computer and design work, as well as photo editing and print production review
Must have the ability to distinguish and accurately perceive a wide range of colors, critical for design consistency and photography accuracy
Must have the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Pay range: $90,000-$110,000 per year (depending on experience)
