We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endodontist to join our growing dental team in a private practice setting. We have 250 - 300 new patients visit us per month and over 10,000 active patients that we care for routinely. However, we are not a corporate DSO. We just know how to market! Our practice offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment where quality care and excellent service are our top priorities. We offer a flexible schedule for those that work at multiple offices. We have 4 locations in Laurel, Bowie, and Bethesda. Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform endodontic treatment including, simple and difficult root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomy, broken file retrieval or bypassing, etc.

2. Provide comprehensive care with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

3. Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.

4. Conduct patient consultations, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

5. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Qualifications:

1. DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

2. Completed a residency program in Endodontics.

3. Be a Board Certified Endodontist.

4. Licensed to practice as an Endodontist in Maryland.

5. Active DEA and CDS in Maryland.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
