Labor Compliance Manager

Labor Compliance Manager , you will be the leading authority on the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), ensuring our projects comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. BHI offers a competitive salary of
$75,000 to $100,000 (Depending on Experience) , along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family. Our benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO). This is an in-office position from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Vernal, Utah.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a
Labor Compliance Manager
with managerial experience.
Subject matter expertise in DBA, IRA requirements, certified payroll, and prevailing wage.
Strong background working with construction contractors and subcontractors on public works or federally funded projects.
Proficiency in compliance management software like LCPtracker, eComply, or EMars.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
