Position Summary
Pay Range: $22.06 - $26.78 per hour, based on experience.
Collects blood specimens, according to physician orders, from in patients and outpatients and delivers the specimens to the laboratory for analysis. Performs a variety of duties, which include, filing laboratory results and computer order entry.
Education/Training
High School graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of phlebotomy program through an accredited phlebotomy program required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience
Phlebotomy experience preferred; computer experience preferred
Licensure, Registration or Certification
ASCP preferred
