40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Specific scheduling will be discussed upon hire. Location:
1111 Hudson Street, First Floor, Hoboken, NJ 07030 Key Responsibilities: Accurately gather patient information such as names, addresses, and insurance details. Verify insurance on the date of service. Ensure the completion of necessary documentation with patient signatures. Upload valid government-issued ID and insurance cards for patients. Maintain organized medical records and rectify any registration errors. Confirm and schedule patient appointments. Field calls with courtesy and efficiency, addressing patient inquiries. Assist in referral documentation and follow-up services for patients. Stay informed about current medical regulations and ensure adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards. Participate in coordinating care alongside the multidisciplinary team. Monitor and update clinical schedules and notify staff of any changes promptly. Intermediate computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Reliable transportation to cover other offices as needed. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience. Familiarity with Epic EMR software. Essential Skills: Ability to work independently while maintaining good judgment. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Adept at multitasking and prioritizing work in a fast-paced setting. Compensation:
