Training Details

CDL training programs are located in Des Moines, Iowa, and Columbia, South Carolina. Transportation to training, lodging during training, and some meals are provided. Week 1 focuses on classroom instruction and hands-on load securement; Week 2 covers equipment familiarization, DOT Pre-Trip Inspection, backing, and driving instruction. In the remaining time (Week 3), you go out with a driver trainer for road experience. Home time is important; trainers are paired within about 150 miles of your home when possible.

3-week in-house CDL Training program educates you to obtain a Class A license while earning $500 per week.

Training Details (Continued)

Our CDL programs include transportation to training, lodging, some meals, and assistance with Class A transfer paperwork back to your state of residency. Requirements: CDL Learner's permit from your state of residence; no recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs. Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
