Do you enjoy staying organized, working on your feet, and making sure the right products get out the door on time? At Tnemec, our Warehouse Technicians are key to keeping things moving efficiently and we’re looking for someone like you to join our fast-paced, high-energy team!

As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll help prepare, package, and stage customer orders with precision and pride. Whether you\'re scanning tickets, loading skids, or wrapping pallets, you\'re helping deliver excellence, one shipment at a time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review pick tickets and pull orders from product storage locations with speed and accuracy
  • Repackage and label products for shipment, including hazmat descriptions when required
  • Use Oracle and other software to generate Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Shipping Labels
  • Organize orders on skids, wrap them securely, and forklift them to the staging area
  • Fulfill an average of 10–12 orders per day, with 15–20 during peak seasons
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and support fellow Warehouse team members as needed

What You Bring To The Table

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Comfort working with warehouse software and basic computer tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Certified Fork Truck Operator (required)
  • Team-player attitude with a drive to get the job done right

Tools of the Trade

  • Forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines
  • Computers and inventory software (including Oracle)
  • Scales, hi-loaders, and dollies

Physical Requirements

  • Continuous standing or walking (up to 6 hours per day)
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling (up to 100 lbs)
  • Bending, twisting, and repetitive motion
  • Exposure to temperatures up to 105°F during summer months

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Certified Forklift Operator
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
