Schedule

This is a full-time position with work hours anytime between 7 AM–7 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening and weekend opportunities depending on seasonality.

Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Coordinator, your day starts with ensuring our warehouse is organized, safe, and fully stocked with the tools and parts needed for our HVAC teams to excel. You\'ll inspect shipments, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries to keep our projects running smoothly. Whether you\'re tracking stock, operating equipment, or collaborating with vendors and technicians, you play a critical role in keeping our operations efficient and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, inventory software)
• Valid California driver\'s license and clean driving record
• Current forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Experience in the HVAC industry or at least one year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience is preferred.
