Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (veterinary/medical experience a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems

• Greeting clients and pets with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the clinic calendar
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
• Assisting with client communications, reminders, and follow-ups
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed
