Overview

Receptionist position at Creative Electronics & Software, Inc. on-site in South Elgin, IL. The role supports the front office, assists the Office Manager, and contributes to production by growing the position and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr. Starting Pay Range: $18 - $25 Hourly.

Job Details

Title: Receptionist

Location: 450 Dundee Ave. Elgin (Lower Level); Bartlett, IL; other listed locations in Illinois.

Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Entry level. Work schedule: On-site with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Answer the main phone line and route calls to the correct person/department
• Meet and greet visitors; log entries into the visitor log
• Sort and distribute mail and incoming faxes
• Order office supplies
• Process Accounts Payables in Manex system; track un-invoiced items
• Track tariffs and ensure they are included with correct invoices
• Ensure documents are filed and saved as required
• Work safely following all safety guidelines and regulations
• Follow all established procedures, work instructions and other documentation to ensure compliance with the quality management system and ISO requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel required)
• Experience processing Accounts Payables
• Strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Business savviness and common sense
