Available Shifts: Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What will you be doing?

At our community, the Front Desk Receptionist is the information center, managing all phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, and assisting residents with requests. You will manage resident transportation and outing schedules and perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration. This position requires superior people skills.

Requirements

  • Technology: Experience with email, calendar management, and answering phones
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with or without assistance)
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – You will support residents with daily living activities and we expect you to deliver on this promise
