Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and set up computer systems, including software installation and network cabling
• Analyze and diagnose computer/equipment problems, and repair or replace as needed
• Keep track of assigned inventory
• Maintain daily logs of activities, mileage and expenses incurred while working in the field

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)

• Overnight travel is required
• Knowledge/education/experience in computer hardware and repair, software installation, and basic knowledge/experience in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Ability to set up/build computer systems and peripherals; diagnose and repair or replace equipment and parts
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• A+ certification is desired, but not required
