Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and manage a portfolio of clients. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit top-tier candidates through strategic methods including cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Genetics, Engineering, etc.).
• Professional background in the Animal Health or Veterinary industry.
• Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and excel in a new industry.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to our Atlanta, GA office.
