Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a high-volume hiring environment? FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team through December 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact by managing large-scale recruiting efforts and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Duration: through December 2025 (may extend if needed)
• Compensation: $35-$40/hour depending on experience, no benefits

Your Role in Our Mission

• Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions across multiple branches and departments across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver strong candidate pipelines quickly.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring alignment with FAIRWINDS mission and values.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS (UKG Pro).

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting in financial services or customer service industries is a plus.
