The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. Be a part of setting a new standard for residential care and support the day-to-day operations of our new Residential Center for Healing & Resilience in its 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth at our Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by supporting our staff and management.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in HR with growing responsibilities and independent decision making
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, preferably Paylocity

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of computer software programs and applications
• Extremely strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provides support and guidance to RCHR staff and management when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
• Keeps agency in compliance with federal and state employment laws
• Assists internal customers/employees through training and education on all HR items
• Administers monthly benefit enrollment and FMLA leave program

This role is located in Idaho and candidates need to be within a reasonable distance of one of the Idaho Youth Ranch locations.
