Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the division’s human resources and talent strategy related to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Ensure performance evaluations are completed timely and provide constructive feedback when needed.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Recruiter to recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants; work with departmental managers to define required skills and competencies.
- Onboard all new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct Open Enrollment for the division, including meetings and addressing employee questions.
- Collaborate with VP HR on competitive salaries to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations; coach supervisors on progressive discipline; consult with VP of HR on outcomes and next steps.
- Organize company events to foster employee engagement and morale.
