As a private partnership, we believe our ownership structure fosters a long-term view that aligns our perspectives with those of our clients.# # About the RoleThe Coordinator of HR Generalist Enablement supports the Human Resources Relationship Management (HRRM) team by providing high-level administrative and operational support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, collaborative, commercial, and eager to contribute to HR initiatives that impact employee experience, onboarding, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, a strong work ethic, an ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking skills, and a passion for supporting people-focused work. For the ideal candidate, this position should be located in Boston.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThe following responsibilities are core to the role:• Support the Client and Infrastructure Platform HRRMs with preparing materials and the execution of cyclical HR processes including talent reviews, workforce planning, organizational changes and restructures, talent development and psychometric assessments, reporting and analytics, and culture and engagement initiatives• Partner closely across all HR specialist areas to gather data, align on priorities, ensure accuracy in HR Workday data, and identify opportunities to enhance operational processes• Provide guidance and resolution of employee inquiries• Lead all executive support for the Client and Infrastructure Platform HRRM team including calendar management, coordination of travel arrangements for the team, offsite logistics and communication, e.g. agenda, meeting action items, team events• Project manage various process improvement initiatives to enable automation of HR operational processesQUALIFICATIONSA successful candidate should have the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field• 3+ years of experience in executive support, preferable within Human Resources at a globally matrixed organization with a Workday HRIS system• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset• Positive and proactive work ethic, good communicator both written and verbal, continuous improvement and learning mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Forward-looking, self-starter attitude, always rolling up their sleeves and getting things done – with a sense of humor• Proficient in project management fundamentals, tech savvy and familiarity with data infrastructure concepts such as APIs, data management, business intelligence, Power BI, and a willingness to learn and apply these tools to support team goals• Ability to adapt quickly to varying projects and deadlines and draw connections between smaller tasks against the bigger picture while working collaboratively to share learnings across teams• Collaborative personality who enjoys problem solving, critical thinker, high attention to detail with a client service orientation• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityNot sure you meet 100% of our That’s ok.
