JANITOR/GROUNDS Job at EAH Housing in Riverside

Overview

This full-time Janitor position is located at Stonehaven Housing, a 200-unit student housing community in Riverside, CA. The role supports property maintenance indoors and outdoors and assists the Maintenance Technician with repairs and cleaning of common areas.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums common areas
• Empties common area trash
• Maintains all parking areas
• Sweeps and blows all landings; power washes as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related janitorial or grounds experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to understand and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions

Criminal Background Check Requirements

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. You will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements. Certain roles may require fingerprinting. If onsite housing is a requirement, any household members over 18 years of age living onsite must also undergo a criminal background check and tenant screening. Satisfactory completion of background check and fingerprinting is a requirement of employment.
