Overview

The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) provides facilities maintenance services in Hawaii for over 50 years, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs. Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $18.00/hr.

Janitors for TFG HI service various clients throughout the Island. They are a direct representation of the company to our clients and contribute to leaving a positive impression of the business with clients’ employees and customers. A TFG HI janitor is an essential member of the Operations team who is reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, and committed to customer satisfaction and problem solving.

What’s Expected Of You

• Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week.
• Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas.
• Understand and effectively use the appropriate cleaning products and methods.
• Must be consistently reliable, efficient, and have a high commitment to service excellence.
• Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline to do what’s right.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adopt specific TFG HI processes.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
• Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
