About the Role

We are searching for an Executive Assistant who can seamlessly blend professional expertise with personal support to elevate the effectiveness of our visionary CEO. This role is designed for someone who thrives on meticulous organization, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage both professional demands and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Support:

  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner, expertly managing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings, and handling confidential communications.
  • Proactively coordinate and facilitate executive-level engagements and meetings, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate on high-level strategic initiatives and special projects, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Personal Support:

  • Efficiently handle personal tasks and errands, including managing household appointments, coordinating deliveries and returns, and running local errands.
  • Assist with the coordination of family schedules, managing personal appointments and travel plans, ensuring harmony between professional and personal commitments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting high-level executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and familiarity with productivity and organizational tools such as Monday.com.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing intricate tasks and shifting priorities with ease.
  • A warm, engaging personality combined with a high degree of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Must have reliable transportation for personal errands and flexibility in managing occasional off-hours tasks.
  • Available to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility.
