Senior Environmental Engineer or Geologist

This role focuses on managing and executing environmental projects, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, contributing to our mission of advancing the safety and sustainability of the environments we serve across the Southwest US. Lead and manage environmental projects, including oversight of field operations, data collection, and analysis. Design and implement remediation systems to address soil and groundwater contamination. Perform environmental site assessments and geotechnical evaluations. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and regulatory compliance documents. Direct interaction with clients and regulatory agencies, ensuring that all environmental regulations are met or exceeded. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical and professional guidance. In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and guidelines. Strong skills in hydrogeology, soil and groundwater remediation. Proficiency in environmental modeling software and GIS tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Strong communication and client-management skills.
