Overview
Executive Assistant role at F5. Provides executive administrative support and acts as a key member of the executive leadership team. Interfaces with high-level internal/external contacts requiring discretion and initiative. Mentors administrative staff and supports the CISO/SVP’s teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential executive administrative support to the senior leadership team (50%).
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, arrange appointments, schedule visitors, maintain calendars, and plan complex travel.
- Perform specialized, complex administrative duties that vary in methods, procedures, and standards.
- Manage Executive Leadership’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Handle non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Make complex travel arrangements that impact the CISO and the leadership team.
- Mentor assistants, coordinators, and others throughout the company; share knowledge and resources.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; handle information of critical importance and sensitivity.
- Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information; work independently with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate logistics related to Executives’ rhythm of business.
- Develop, manage, and enhance internal and external communications with clients.
- Engage with a diverse group of external callers and internal contacts at all levels.
- Provide leadership in the physical office location to the CISO/SVP’s teams.
- Work independently and on special projects; may act as project manager for planning presentations, coordinating mailings, brochures, etc.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications for internal and external communications as required.
- Represent the Office of the CISO/SVP across the company; respond to inquiries and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate webcast releases for conferences and conference calls with emphasis on call quality.
- Plan and support events for the department.
- Occasional domestic and international travel to support the Executive.
Other Responsibilities
- Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations.
- Maintain familiarity with information security practices and F5’s security policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Experience with hybrid and virtual executive relationships.
- Strong time management and prioritization.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Comfort interfacing with all levels of management, staff, clients, vendors, and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years with a Master's degree.
- Extensive administrative support experience at the C-level.
- Technology industry experience preferred; cybersecurity experience a plus.
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint (Access a plus).
- Project management skills essential.

Annual base pay for this position is: $93,910.00 - $140,866.00.
