Location and Schedule
Location: 900 Winderly Pl, Maitland, FL 32751
Schedule: Full-Time, Days, 8am-5pm, Onsite, Trickel Building
The Role You'll Contribute
- Supports Leader(s) as direct executive assistant with responsibilities including calendaring, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other administrative functions.
- Professionally represents Leader as requested and in all associated responsibilities.
- Actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

- Manages calendar for Leader(s), schedules meetings, and coordinates travel (lodging, air/land, transportation, event registration).
- Answering and screening incoming calls, greeting visitors, and representing Leaders and AdventHealth in communications and at events.
- Provides administrative support including opening/disbursing mail, composing/editing letters and memos, preparing expense reports, PAVs, and supply orders, and maintaining files and records.
- Schedules and organizes meetings and events; prepares agendas and transcribes minutes as needed.
- May assist with budget tracking, contracts, etc. May serve as committee member or lead/supervise administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Two years minimum experience as an administrative or executive assistant, secretary, or similar role, or two years of related business/administrative experience.
- Professional communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse populations, verbally and in writing.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
