We’re looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team. The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $75,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on factors such as experience and education.
This role, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, plays a key part in overseeing housekeeping operations, including public areas and night cleaning, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across the resort. A strong understanding of housekeeping operations, including laundry supply management and par levels, is essential. Experience with turndown service, VIP guest preferences, and accommodating high-profile clientele is a plus.
This position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and requires strong attention to detail, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Hyatt offers a performance‑oriented environment with opportunities for growth, personal development, and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping operations, including public areas and night cleaning, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and comfort across the resort.
- Support staff training, development, and scheduling; uphold safety and security standards.
- Manage laundry supplies and par levels to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with guests for VIP preferences and accommodate high-profile clientele as needed.
- Foster an atmosphere of excellence and satisfaction for guests and associates; maintain clear, proactive communication with the Executive Housekeeper.
Qualifications

- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
- 2–3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset.
- Strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, and ability to improve the bottom line.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
