Compensation:
- Annual salary $41,600

The Accounting Clerk will perform a variety of essential tasks that support the efficiency and smooth operations of both the accounting and administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage the reception desk: receive / distribute incoming and outgoing mail, answer and direct phone calls, greet employees, customers, vendors, and other visitors
- Accurate data entry to support payroll, accounts payable, and other accounting functions
- Create and update spreadsheets to track a variety of information
- Create and maintain files, scan and archive documents
- Manage office supplies: maintain organization, track inventory, replenish stock as needed
- Support planning for company training and employee engagement events
- Provide overall support to the Controller and Office Manager; take direction as assigned
- Associate's degree in accounting or business administration preferred
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience working in accounting, administration, or related field
- Experience working in the construction industry preferred
- MS Office Suite - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat
- Strong typing / data entry skills
