Overview

Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can guide accounting teams and deliver high-touch client service? As a Supervisor, you’ll lead outsourced controllership and advisory engagements, mentor junior staff, and partner with clients across multiple industries to solve complex accounting and operational challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Engagement Leadership: Lead recurring and project-based accounting engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Team & Client Management: Mentor internal staff and client personnel, review reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and other accounting deliverables.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and performance reports, leveraging metrics and ratios to provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Troubleshoot complex accounting issues, implement new workflows, and streamline client operations.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Hold kickoff meetings for new clients, oversee onboarding, and ensure adherence to professional standards and payroll/reporting compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 in public accounting or outsourced client services
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, GAAP, internal controls, and professional services operations
• Experience managing staff and client relationships
• Excellent analytical, judgment, and communication skills
• Comfortable working across multiple accounting platforms (QBO, Xero, NetSuite, Intacct, Acumatica) and CaseWare Working Papers
