Your project portfolio will be diverse, encompassing green-field developments, brown-field expansions, and retrofits across a range of facilities including highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock operations, and transportation hubs. You'll have the opportunity to work on both template-based projects and those designed entirely from scratch, while also taking end-to-end ownership of Process Designs that complement each unique facility design. As the leader of a team of highly skilled and engaged engineers, you'll thrive in our fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. With hundreds of projects undertaken each year, this role promises to be challenging, educational, and filled with high-impact, high-visibility opportunities. It's a position that will not only test your abilities but also provide significant room for professional growth and development.
