Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management


• Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)


• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud


• Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions


• Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite


• Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types


• Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)


• Solid understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations for Experience Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS-based environment


• Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries


• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools


• Familiarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms


• Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
