Responsibilities

• Meet delivery schedule in a timely manner.
• Inspect, load, and deliver automotive glass.
• Verify customer order is accurate – quantity and quality.
• Contact the supervisor immediately if an error is made.
• Safely load, unload, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 35 pounds, with occasional items up to 75 pounds.
• Deliver auto glass products to the customer accurately.
• Report any damaged items to your supervisor.
• Maintain safe driving habits at all times.
• Use modern computer systems – iPads and Bluetooth accessories.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are exceeded.
• Perform tasks that include sitting, lifting, stooping, and walking.
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Prepare customer orders – washing and inspecting glass.
• Package customer orders with protective materials attached to the glass.
• Load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• CDL is not required but encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 75 pounds (up to 35 pounds frequently).
• Safe driving habits; valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass a drug screen (Drug–Free Workplace).
• Ability to communicate with other departments and use modern computer systems (iPads, Bluetooth).
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Job involves sitting, lifting, stooping, and walking.
