Restaurant Manager Job at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Burton

Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The pay range is $53,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant front or back of house as part of the restaurant management team.
• Lead and develop Hourly Team Members; ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Full-Service Restaurant Management or Fast-Food Restaurant GM experience.
• Experience managing and developing Hourly Team Members.
• A passion for service and commitment to serving great food to guests.

Benefits

• Bonus potential up to $25k annually (eligible for bonus every 4 weeks).
• Closed on 4 major holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
• Two 5-day work weeks and two 4.5-day work weeks every 4-week period; half-day every other week.
• 6th day pay for working over a 5-day workweek; paid 1/5th of weekly salary for extra day.
