The Restaurant Associate is an entry level opportunity that is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to the guest. Cashier, customer service, retail sales or foodservice experience is great, but not required. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests.
- Support cashier duties and customer service tasks as needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Entry level opportunity; experience in cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is not required.
- Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations; maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Ability to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
- Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Willingness to be a brand ambassador and promote loyalty rewards programs.
- Ability to multi-task, stand for periods, perform repetitive motions, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
