Responsibilities

• Friendly Greeting: Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly.
• Quick Delivery: Deliver hot to-order items from kitchen to tables.
• POS Skills: Input orders and process payments accurately.
• Barista: Prepare coffee and other specialty drinks.
• Table Manicure: Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed.
• Guest Service: Observe diners and respond to requests.
• Side Work: Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work as allowed by labor rules.
• Menu Knowledge: Knowledge of current food and beverage offerings.
• Seating: Escort guests to tables as needed.
• Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety policies (rotation, dating, labeling, cleaning).
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas.
• General Hotel Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel hours and available amenities.

Section Four: Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Hospitality, service, consumer-facing field preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks, meet deadlines.
• Friendly service with a smile to guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, weekends based on hotel needs.
• Timely clock-in/out; do not work while clocked out.
• Clock in/out for breaks as scheduled.
• Provide sufficient notice when calling out as directed by supervisor.

Physical Demands & Working Environment

The role requires standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting items such as laundry supplies and linens. Reading, writing, and communicating in English are required.
