APB Logistics Inc. is a Contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking to hire Part Time Helpers for early morning shifts to assist delivery drivers with locating and loading packages. The role will be based out of the FedEx Ocala terminal. We seek motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team!

PAY: $15/hour – Paid Training

HOURS: 6:30am until approximately 10:30am

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Weekend availability REQUIRED
• Most Saturdays, some Sundays as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be able to maneuver up to 150 pounds with a dolly or handcart
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack
• Must pass background check & have a clean driving record
• Previous warehouse, stocking, or experience at Amazon, DHL, FedEx, UPS is a plus
• Ability to work quickly, productively, independently, respectfully, safely, and responsibly

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with bringing packages to the loading site
• Help delivery drivers load packages into vehicles in an orderly manner
• Lifting and loading packages requiring strength and stamina
• Monitor packages for hazardous materials
• Verify shipping labels and paperwork via electronic device
• Communicate effectively with managers, drivers, and team members
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent injury and damage, reporting issues to the on-duty manager
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed, including assisting drivers on route (requires full-day availability), maintaining storage, and inventory management

This is a part-time position with opportunities in FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, and warehouse work, involving early morning shifts, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
