Key Requirements and Technology Experience

  • Strong Time Management/Multi-tasking/Organizational
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience/knowledge related to Financial Investment
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/Edge (2-3 years minimum – entry level experience)
  • Adobe PDF (entry-intermediate level experience)
  • TA2000 software AWD.
  • Note-INFO: 5 DAYS PER WEEK/FULLY ON SITE DURING TRAINING (training period roughly 8 weeks) Hours during training: 8AM – 4:30PM or 5PM (TWO 15 MINUTES BREAKS, 30 MIN LUNCH)
  • Milwaukee Lewis Center 615 E Michigan St Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202
  • POSITION WILL CONVERT TO HYBRID AFTER TRAINING (3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE) MULTIPLE SHIFTS REQUIRED
  • Examples of shifts: 8AM-4:30PM, 9:30AM-6PM, 10:30-7PM
