Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Overview

Spinelli Kilcollin is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting Manager to oversee our full-cycle recruiting process. This role will be responsible for managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and all candidate-facing communications to ensure a best-in-class experience from application to offer. The Recruiting Manager will work closely with the VP of People and hiring managers across the company to build strong teams that align with our culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Own the candidate experience, from initial outreach through interviews and offers
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview questions, and hiring criteria
  • Maintain recruiting dashboards, pipelines, and reporting for leadership visibility
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to create a seamless process for candidates and managers
  • Support offer process, background/reference checks, and onboarding handoff to HR

Candidate Experience & Brand Representation

  • Act as the first point of contact for applicants, ensuring timely, professional, and warm communication
  • Represent Spinelli Kilcollin’s values and culture throughout all recruiting touchpoints
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page updates and recruiting events

Process Management

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and tools
  • Partner with HR team on onboarding coordination and candidate transitions to employees
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal recruiting policies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR with a strong emphasis on candidate management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and HRIS/ATS systems
  • A team-oriented, proactive attitude with discretion and professionalism

Compensation

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience
