Senior Corporate Recruiter II at Total Quality Logistics
As a Recruiting Assistant for TQL’s Recruiting team, you will be the go-to support for multiple recruiters and recruiting leadership. You will support a variety of tasks and administrative duties to help drive efficiencies across the team. As a critical member of the team, you’ll network with every level of the business while supporting TQL’s ability to obtain and attract top level talent.

What you’ll be doing
- Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews across TQL’s 60+ offices nationwide
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Help create, update, and deliver recruiting reports
- Greet and escort job applicants through their onsite interviews
- Provide additional support to the Corporate Recruiting Team as needed
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 1+ year experience in fast-paced, administrative environment preferred, but not required
- Ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with multiple layers of the business
- Capability to multitask for recruiters and stakeholders
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
