$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Role Overview

Role Overview: Responsible for developing manufacturing work instructions, managing quality, schedule, and cost for hardware builds, and supporting assembly, integration, and testing. Acts as liaison between design, test, and operations teams while driving root cause analysis, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong skills in fabrication, assembly, precision testing, and interpreting engineering drawings
• Proficient in process design, CAD, and manufacturing systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Aerospace/launch vehicle experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and broad exposure to hardware manufacturing processes.
