What You’ll Do

• Streamline complex processes into clear SOPs
• Approve product drawings and specs with precision
• Design better tooling, source smarter equipment
• Eliminate bottlenecks with creative solutions
• Lead training that actually works
• Build and test proto@types that push limits

You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• MRP system knowledge (a plus)
• Experience with metal fab, welding, or coatings (bonus)
