Part-time Youth Sports Coach Job at DASH Sports in Eden Prairie

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball, Volleyball, and possess a strong foundation in Physical Education. If you have a knack for educating and motivating young athletes to excel in sports, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train athletes in a variety of sports and physical activities.
• Implement our practice plans and curriculums to enhance students\' skills and performance.
• Organize and lead sports coaching sessions in a gym or outdoor setting.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students to thrive.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sports events and competitions.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle
• Must pass a background check
• All applicants must be able to attend in person training October 16

Schedule

Our camps Monday through Friday run roughly 2pm to 7pm. Our weekend camps typically run from 9am to 2pm.

Work location: In person (Twin Cities, MN area)

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
