ITAC Solutions is working with a premier healthcare organization to assist them in hiring a Regional CFO for a newly purchased extensive medical practice.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $190K and up, depending on experience
30% Bonus Structure
Equity/ Stock Eligible
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the senior financeleader for our client’s largest specialty practice group.
- Lead financial integration
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Own and manage the full P&L for over 200 physician practices over a multi-site region.
- Directly oversee a team of finance professionals, including 3 Regional Finance Leads (Associate Directors) and the FP&A and Analytics team.
- Partner with physicians and executive leadership to guide financial strategy and decision-making.
- Present confidently and effectively to both physician stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Drive value through a consultative, problem-solving approach to complex operational and financial challenges.
Requirements for the role
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
- Master’s Degree
- CPA
- Experience with Private Equity Groups
