Responsibilities

As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure residents receive a high standard of care by supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are essential to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license
• CPR certification
• Two (2) years of RN experience
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferred
• Five (5) years of RN experience is preferable
