Position: Director of Finance
Location: DoubleTree San Diego Mission Valley, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, CA 92108
The DoubleTree San Diego Mission Valley is hiring a Director of Finance . This role oversees all financial operations of the hotel, contributing to outstanding guest service and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing financial operations, including asset protection, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Serving as a financial advisor to management and ownership
- Monitoring sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses
- Analyzing financial data and advising on profitability improvements
- Preparing budgets and financial projections
- Developing and supervising team members
- Recruiting and training staff

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
