Job Duties

• Develop, enhance, support, and maintain the firm’s software solutions supporting global businesses.
• Design and implement scalable, high-quality technology solutions using internal and open-source services.
• Manage requirements gathering, development, testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams on solution design.
• Identify external technologies to innovate and disrupt financial platforms.
• Participate in all SDLC phases to meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Design and maintain testing suites for safe, scalable solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 3 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience must include at least three of the following skills:

• C++ or Java
• Full SDLC including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, support
• Building multi-threaded, multi-process enterprise applications in Unix
• Technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Relational databases like Oracle or Sybase
• Microservices architecture with REST, Spring, etc.
• SQL or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB
