Compass on the Bay’s caring and compassionate Housekeeping team members provide a clean environment for our senior residents. Our team appreciates a safe, home-like, and fun work environment. Rates start at $17 per hour

What Our Housekeeping Associates Do

  • Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
  • Clean residents’ apartments on a weekly basis and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Clean common spaces, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms. Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas as needed.
  • Take care of equipment used within the department.
  • Work with a team to complete assignments.

Requirements

  • Physical requirements: Standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Be on time and reliable — our residents rely on us to assist them with daily living activities
