Overview

Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift at Cintas. Lead and direct the Production team on the 3rd shift, with hands-on responsibility for daily production flow, safety, and achieving productivity and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and direct individuals who are performing entry level production positions on the 3rd shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of safety at the location overall.
• Manage daily production flow and contribute to bottom-line results.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred

• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer is made/accepted
