Work Schedule

3rd Shift – 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.

Job Description

Ensure the machines are set up correctly and run products efficiently with attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Able to adhere to a strict attendance policy.
• Operate OnPack machines; be familiar with settings for all product varieties.
• Assemble on-pack machine, including X-Rays.
• Sanitize conveyer buckets.
• Hook up pipes to the kettles.
• Name, code, and date product.
• Monitor accurate temperature.
• Return/Retrieve pre-weigh carts from prep/blanch.
• Document times, temperatures, and weights.
• Document required information into IQS.
• Challenge metal detector and X-Ray as needed.
• Change film.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must be able to work in a safe manner.
• Must ensure quality products are being packaged.
• Follow all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures; support Q-RMP standards as defined.
• Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
